Property developer Thirdi Group is building Kurraba Residences, a high-end, luxury residential development on Sydney’s waterfront, at Kurraba Point. Hayden Clarke, Project Manager with Thirdi Group, required Royal Wolf to deliver “a customised cold shell container, which would be instantly ready for our fit out, to turn it into an executive site office.”

Solution
Royal Wolf delivered a four-high stack as a rapid response to Thirdi Group’s brief, making the most of the limited space available. The top block was a cold shell, ready for immediate customisation as an executive office, with spectacular views over Sydney Harbour.
