Problem
Women and young people’s participation in sports have massively increased across Australia. The Albury City Council identified that they didn’t have enough change room facilities available at local sporting grounds to cater for everyone.
Solution
After meeting with Albury City Council and understanding their challenges, our Albury representative, Wayne Lansdown, proposed a portable containerised solution that is perfect for use at any of the city’s sporting grounds. The 40-foot container was transformed into a change room by our team of modification experts and features benches, clothing hooks, lighting, reverse cycle air conditioning and a custom door to enable wheelchair access. The change room is suitable for use at any sporting facility and is an effective solution to increased involvement in sport.
Outcome
1 x 40-foot container with a custom door for wheelchair access.
The team have productised this containerised change room and the portable units are available for hire or purchase across the country now.
